The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is the lead state agency charged with developing, caring for, and managing these resources and infrastructure. In this panel we’ll look under the hood of DCNR, discuss its many parts, how outdoor recreation and tourism intersect, trends we are seeing in the field, and what the agency is getting done to make Pennsylvania a leader in outdoor recreation.
