The keynote session over lunch on May 6 features leadership experts from the Gettysburg Foundation. They will explore themes of leading through uncertainty, adaptability, and innovation, relating the experiences of Civil War battlefield leaders to leadership challenges faced today. Attend this session to explore the fundamentals of leadership through an entirely new lens.
For Monday's dinner, we head off-site to Gettysburg's newest museum. The Beyond the Battle Museum tells the remarkable story of ordinary eyewitnesses and their extraordinary experiences before, during, and after the Civil War. We'll have the entire museum to ourselves so you can take the time to immerse yourself in our rich history.
Tuesday's Leadership Empowerment Workshop features a dynamic lineup of speakers who will give attendees critical insight into how to effectively advocate for your business and industry with elected officials. Political insiders will walk you through the anatomy of legislative offices, the process, and the value of building relationships with legislative staff. If you're tired of sitting on the sidelines while politics happens to your business, this session will prepare you to become an active part of the process.
